HAVOC 1986 GI Joe ARAH Vintage Hasbro Vehicle READ DESCRIPTION. Incomplete. Item has some damage. The clips on the back tires are broken, and the tan to insert it into the vehicle is partially broken. The flaps that close around the hovercraft so not tightly close, it comes apart very easily. Item has marks, and scratches. The windshield is very scuffed up. Not perfect, great for parts. Please see pictures for condition. Thanks!
