Due to Sony''s "Firmware Update to Version 2.0.1" earlier this year 11-07-2023 has fried majority of the XM4''s model and Sony''s reluctant to help with the recall or situation and annoying dealings with customer service while they try to push their new XM5 model, I''ve dug and did many researches and even found a loophole and hack the update server and revert it back to reinstall a lesser version both are version 1.33 they both worked fine for a while but started to lose back battery power retention in a few minutes, however both pairs one is a left problem and one is right problem the adjacent pairs to them works perfectly fine but their still half a pair put together, however I do have a 3rd brand new pair never updated pair, I''ll be using and uninstalling their headphones app just for safety measure incase somehow the settings update or change from manual to automatic software updates push without my knowledge and screw up these pairs as well.
