Technics SL-220 Good Condition Needs Repair

Bought this at a garage sale a few months ago from an old lady. I put a new belt in it and cleaned it up very well. It is in nearly mint cosmetic condition.

Issues:

I cannot get the arm to ride correctly on the record. It is lined up but I cannot get the anti-skid and the counterweight right. It’s probably really simple but I can’t figure it out.

On of the mount that connects the turntable to the dust cover is broken. The dust cover itself is nearly perfect with minimal scratches.

One of the channels isn’t putting out any sound. It might have to do with the cartridge. It is an aftermarket cartridge. It has an ADC MKII stylus on it and a nice aftermarket headshell. In good cosmetic condition but needs works. I think the issues are very simple to fix but I don’t have enough experience with turntables to attempt the repairs myself.
